The BLIMP 2 C

At present SURVEY Copter is developing and producing a BLIMP concept, with or without electric propulsion, carrying a payload built into a gyro-stabilised Gimbal  and able to perform a variety of missions.

SURVEY Copter's smallest model is the BLIMP 2C, a 2m3 tethered BLIMP carrying a mini-gimbal with built-in 10 Mega-pixel digital photographic unit.
